How to Order in the US or Japan from the Philippines

E-Balikbayanbox's PHShopper Program allows Philippine-based customers to shop on any online store worldwide. Have it delivered to our Los Angeles or Tokyo address, and we will ship it to your door in the Philippines at a fraction of the cost. You only pay the shipping charges like you we're here in the US or Japan and depending on the work involved being asked, a work fee based on the US $27 per hour will be charged, plus $10 for box and packing materials.


Step 2 Icon Shop in any on-line store in the US

You will receive a confirmation that your account is active within 24 hrs. You may then start ordering online.

If package will be shipped via Air Cargo have your ordered items delivered to 3228 Madera Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90039. And for Ocean Cargo kindly ship it to 3964 Eagle Rock Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90065. Please use your name and our address for the shipping label. Please avoid asking for signature delivery as some mail or package carriers would require your ID to release the package to us. See sample below;

Step 3 Icon Arrival of packages at E-Balikbayanbox's warehouse.
Once your ordered items arrived in either Madera Avenue or Eagle Rock Blvd warehouse you will receive a picture of the package through email.

You may track your orders from fedex.com, UPS.com, USPS.com, DHL.com, Ontrac.com. Once all your packages are delivered to our office, please email us a shipment request order. Email the list showing suppliers name and tracking # for consolidation only. No need to email the order #'s as we do not open the original box. Consolidation form click here.


Step 4 Icon Shipping instruction and payment
Please always indicate if items will be shipped by Ocean or by Air.

The service fee is $27 per hour plus materials and shipping charges. Please be advised that for insurance purposes, we do not open the original box from your supplier. We only consolidate the small boxes to our Regular Balikbayan or Jumbo box.

Reasonable fee based on US standards may be charged for storage of items over 30 days.

We accept Credit card, Paypal or Bank Deposit for payment. We require payment prior to delivery. Our paypal account is payment@manilaforwarder.com.

For picture request, fee is $2.50 per picture.

We can provide trucking, professional crating, and professional packaging, for an extra fee.

For added trucking cost savings, our facility is equipped with loading dock and forklifts.

Each Balikbayan box or Jumbo Box is insured for $200 only. Additional Insurance is available for $5 for every $100. It's your option!

There is no insurance against breakage. Please use our crating services for breakable items.


TAX FREE SHIPMENT
Personal effects and household goods are tax free. Please see rules.
For tax free shipments, items should not be more than 9 of a kind and for personal use only.
